3. DARE-There – 12-week tele-seminar series for 4 or more participants, one hour/week. In-depth, full breadth. $480 per participant, minimum 4 participants.  Includes:

   +  Phone/web Interactive exercises; Weekly Individual email follow-up for all participants.
   +  Workbook, planning tools, guidebook, mini-book, per above.

1. DARE-Port Bar – $120 monthly/3 month min.  Four 30-minute phone consults:  10 A.M. OR 5:00 P.M.
   +  Four total:  coffee break or happy hour PLUS 4 e-mail “snacks” per month
2. DARE-Salon – $195 monthly/3-month minimum. Online, email, phone.
   +  One 30-minute Breathe-Some-Fresh-DARE phone intake session to start
   +  Three 45-minute consulting sessions per month
   +  Unlimited e-mail support messages per month + 1 bonus 30-minute “Deep Conditioning” Phone Brainstorm /month
   +  Additional materials, handouts and/or assessments, based on your individual needs.
3. DARE-Spa – $250 monthly/3-month minimum. In-person, online, email, phone
   +  One 30-minute Breathe-Some-Fresh-DARE phone OR in-person intake session to start
   +  Four 45-minute phone consulting sessions per month
   +  Unlimited e-mail support messages per month + 1 bonus 45-minute “Deep Issue” Phone Brainstorm per month
