When You REVOLT to Improve Your Life, You RULE

revoltIn conquering the unhealthy diet and exercise habits I had developed over the course of 20 years, I didn’t do it with drugs, I didn’t do it by starving myself, I didn’t do it by wasting excessive time in the gym or obsessing about every piece of food I consumed.

I did do it by staging a personal REVOLT – against my mindless eating, against my big lunches, against my elastic waistbands, against the threat of heart disease, cancer and diabetes.

Resolutions?  They’re OK for some women, but for this stubborn, unruly and cantankerous over-50 broad to really RULE over my bad habits once and for all, I needed to stage a complete REVOLT

Are you ready to REVOLT for your own good? Tell us about it – we DARE you!  We can get you DARE from Here!

“You are the perfect cheerleader for the over 40 (50!) woman attempting to reinvent herself. Your warmth and true understanding communicate so well.”

“Your timing is perfect. Over the past year I have been thinking about what I want to do with the remainder of my working years. I have realized I need to feel that I am touching lives and making a difference in either a small or big way.” —CR
